Our Food
La Brace offers artfully prepared Mediterranean grill cuisine centered on fine cuts of meat, prepared by a team of expert chefs. In addition to the grill, the menu offers a wide range of contemporary and exciting dishes inspired by classic French, Italian, and Spanish recipes. Signature menus include Grilled Westholme Wagyu+5 Striploin, Rib Eye, Tenderloin, and Tomahawk; Grilled Young Ambassador Lamb Rack; Grilled French Seabass with Caper Lemon Sauce; Grilled Mixed Homemade Sausages; Spaghetti Seafood Arrabbiata; and Andalucian Style Clams in White Wine Chilli Sauce.
