4-Hands Charity Wine Dinner

Gourmet One in partnership with Cantine Erario Winery jointly organised an exquisite "4-Hands Charity Wine Dinner EP.1" at La Brace Grill House & Wine Bar. The exceptional 6-course dinner, skillfully crafted by two expert chefs -- Jose Martin Ruiz Borja, guest chef from Sooooo Goood Gourmet Mediterranean+Spanish restaurant in Soi Ratwinit Bangkaew, and Mark Hagenbach, head chef of La Brace -- was artfully paired with remarkable Italian wines from Cantine Erario Winery in Manduria, Apulia. The evening unfolded with grace, and guests delighted in delectable food, great wines and enchanting atmosphere. Part of the proceeds goes to help the Border Patrol Police schools in remote areas of Thailand.
